Max Tsui’s background in cinematograph gives him an exciting edge to creating films with a professional quality. Max studied cinematography at the Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Germany, worked on numerous short films, commercials, corporate films and viral spots.
Max always tries to incorporate unusual worlds and beautiful cinematography in every story. Worked for brands like FujiFilm, Mazda, Schalke, Nissan Micra, sennheiser electronics. Max Tsui won the Young Directors Award in Cannes 2015 for Coca-Cola test commercial. Other awards include: Andy Award – Gold, ADC – Distinction, SAE Alumni Award – First Prize Gold.
The latest work from Max, Sennheiser - The Inner Voice, won several awards in Cannes and Germany. Best Directing and Best Editing at the Cannes Corporate Media and TV Award, and the Silver Dolphin for B2C Commercial. Also we won at the Main Competition 2018 of the ADC (Art Directors Club) in the Section Music/Sound - Sound design.
